I know this has a special name but I can't for the life of me remember what it is. Probably made between 1850-1900, it's a bit Victorian and a bit Edwardian...anyhoo; this can be a belt or a cape connector or a vertical button or a pin! Essentially, on each end there are two sturdy but bendable pieces of brass that you attach to a piece of cloth, your clothes, through your button holes or belt holes. Ta daaah! connected.
Made of brass, paste rhinestones and a fabulous center goldstone cabochon. Intricate brass scrollwork and milgraining. This has been completely restored (each bit taken out, cleaned and replaced) and clearcoated so that the finish lasts.
